GAW SUNDAY … Let’s Do It!!,
After a keenly contested elections just last month, the new administration of Ghana Association of Writers (GAW) seems to be getting an early strength in the knees as it looks poised to organise her maiden GAW Sunday tomorrow,Sunday, June 2, 2019 at PAWA House, Roman Ridge, Accra between 3:00p.m. – 6:00p.m.
It is a free to attend literary program for members and the general public. Hei, mum and dad, Please don’t leave the children at home.
This month’s event apart from the regular engaging Open Mic also features: (i) Discussions on a study carried by Rev. Dr. Elias Asiama of the University of Ghana, Legon, on “storytelling for national development.” (ii) Health and wellbeing matters (for literary persons).
Patrons and the general public will have the privilege to meet the newly elected executives for the first time which has the erstwhile Vice President, Mr Francis Gbormittah at the helm of affairs. GAW Sunday was created to bring members and their friends together in a literary celebration.
